How do I deposit?

Go to Assets > Deposit, pick the network, copy your address (or scan the QR) and send from that same network. Coins sent on a different network can be lost.

What is the difference between Spot and Future?

Spot buys and sells real coins on BNB Smart Chain (PancakeSwap). Future is leverage trading on Hyperliquid. Every Future position uses isolated margin, so only the margin you put in that position can be lost, but that margin can be lost completely.

How do I move money between Spot and Future?

Assets > Spot > Transfer sends USDT to Future (it arrives as USDC, usually within a few minutes, and you can close the app meanwhile). Assets > Future > Transfer brings it back to Spot.

What fees does Novex charge?

Withdraw / Send: 0.30 USDT. Spot to Future: 0.02 USDC. Future to Spot: 0.02 USDC. Future trades: a small Novex trading fee on top of Hyperliquid's own fee. Spot trades: no Novex fee (the PancakeSwap pool fee still applies). Every transaction also pays a small network fee in USDT. Your very first Future to Spot transfer also pays Hyperliquid's one-time 1 USDC activation fee, which does not go to Novex. Each screen shows the fees before you confirm.

Why is my leverage limited to 5x?

Every new account starts at 5x. Up to 15x unlocks after 7 days, 10 trades at 5x or less through Novex, and accepting the leverage risk notice.

Who holds my money?

You do. Your funds stay in your own wallet and your own Hyperliquid account. Novex never holds them and cannot move them. Novex will never ask for your private key, seed phrase or login code.

Why is my account frozen?

Novex is in the PVARA regulatory sandbox and has deposit limits. If your deposits go over the limit, or an account check finds a problem, the account is frozen. Send us a message in the chat above and we will explain your case.

Is there a minimum amount?

Withdraw / Send: at least 1 USDT worth. Future orders: at least $10.

Log in with the same email you signed up with and enter the 6-digit code sent to it. Check your spam folder. If it still does not work, message us in the chat above.

Something went wrong? Tell us here, or email [email protected]. You get a reference number straight away. We aim to give you an answer within 7 working days, and always within 30 days.

How a complaint is handled

Tap "+ New complaint", choose the topic and write what happened (date, coin, amount, transaction ID if you have one). Urdu or Roman Urdu is fine.
You get a reference number (NVX-...) at once - this is our acknowledgement. Keep it.
Novex looks into it and replies here, under "My complaints". If we need more details we ask you here - you reply in the same complaint.
We aim to answer within 7 working days. You get our final answer within 30 days at the latest.
Not happy with the final answer, or no answer in 30 days? You can refer the complaint to PVARA (pvara.gov.pk) with your reference number.
