This policy explains what personal data Novex (novexhome.online) collects, why, and how it is protected.

1. Data we collect

• Account: your email address and the display name you choose.
• Wallets: your public wallet addresses (Spot smart wallet and signing wallet). We never see your private keys.
• Transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, trades and orders made through Novex, and public blockchain data about your wallets.
• Answers you give: acceptance of the Risk Disclosure and Client Agreement, the source-of-funds questions and the Future suitability test.
• Login and device: login IP address and country, phone model, browser type and a phone fingerprint (made from screen size, timezone and similar settings). We do not read your IMEI, contacts, photos or files.
• Support: your complaints and chat messages.

2. Why we use it

• To run your account and carry out the actions you ask for.
• To apply the limits of the PVARA sandbox (deposit caps, user caps, leverage limits).
• To prevent fraud, money laundering and sanctions breaches (transaction monitoring and sanctions screening of wallet addresses).
• To answer complaints and support requests.
• To meet legal and regulatory record-keeping duties.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only with:

• Service providers that make Novex work: Privy (login and wallets), Hyperliquid (Future trading), Across Protocol (bridging), Pimlico (network fees), PancakeSwap and CoW Protocol (Spot trades), Cloudflare (security), and our hosting and database providers.
• PVARA and other Pakistani authorities when the law or the sandbox requires it.

Transactions on public blockchains are visible to anyone; this is how blockchains work and is outside Novex's control.

4. How long we keep it

Account, transaction and compliance records are kept for 10 years, as required for regulated virtual-asset services, even after your account is closed.

5. Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Secrets and keys are kept on the server only, Novex's trading keys are stored encrypted, and the admin panel is protected by a password and two-factor authentication.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. Records we must keep by law cannot be deleted before the retention period ends.

7. Cookies and local storage

Novex stores your settings and login session on your phone (local storage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in an important way we will tell you in the app first.
